Great--another hall in the media echo chamber - just what the world needs. I guess it was a desperate project to find some use for Twitter?

We actually don't need more media criticism, we need better media. That's simple enough. Stop being a bullhorn for party bosses, and start thinking from where people view this hideous parade.

What you are going to do is the exact opposite of what is right. We don't need to be providing links and promos for stupid Fox stories, or idiotic NYT propaganda. We need to learn how to ignore this corporate public relations pool. Well, that is, unless you are part of it, right?

I'm going to take a wild guess that no one on this editorial board sees the irony of more promotion of crazy media.

Greg Mitchell: Great news that you'll be writing for The Nation. I loved Campaign of the Century and can see how the Carey McWilliams archives at UCLA would have been helpful. Good luck with the new gig.
