Cameras and news agencies documented every step of President Obama’s first overseas trip and recorded enthusiastic responses throughout Europe. What did Vice President Joe Biden do during that time back in the States? Apparently Biden, played by Jason Sudeikis, set up shop in the oval office, kept the economy at bay and hilariously wondered about the time Dick Cheney shot that one guy in the face.
