'The Proud Liar Mitt Romney Claimed Today'... [nid:165033]

Character is destiny

Sure, Newt is a dishonest wacko scam artist, on a par with none. The debates and a rare TV interview have peeled the thin skin off Mitt to reveal the GOP’s previously unknown and now too well-known problem: Mitt lacks the temperment to be president. With a sinister, sneering, nervous laugh, he rejects questions about his changing positions on issues with forceful disdain. Even Rick Perry “nailed him” on his previous support for a healthcare mandate. Instead of coolly resonding that his position is that the solution was crafted for Massachusetts and that his presidential position is that healthcare is an issue to be resolved on a state-by-state basis, he responded with visceral anger. The Brett Baeir interview was even worse.

Most satisfying is that Mitt, the “businessman”, by his conduct proves that what works when running a company in the business world does not translate to success as a leader of our nation. Sure, as a boss he can not only fire who he wants, he can lay blame on others for his deficient judgment. Happens every day. Can you see him negotiating with foreign leaders, or members of the opposition party?

Really, whose demeanor is presidential, Obama’s or Mitt’s?

Not even a contest. Wouldn’t want Mitt near any red buttons; all Newt would do would be to sell tickets to them.
