I read through Peter Baker's article about Radiohead to find no comment made about the quality of the downloaded recording. By this I mean MP3. When comparing a CD-quality to an MP3-quality recording, MP3 is found to be vastly inferior. The first question one should ask is, Why are music companies selling inferior products (MP3s) at the same price as CDs? I totally agree that Radiohead should allow the market determine the value of an MP3 download. A shoddy product should be cheaper.
