Wisconsin State Supreme Court Justice David Prosser is currently being investigated for grabbing a liberal colleague and holding her in a chokehold during a heated argument over Governor Scott Walker’s infamous anti-union legislation. Under Wisconsin state law, it is a felony to touch a judge, making it quite possible that David Prosser (who has been accused of verbally assaulting other colleagues) will be forced to resign.
