Alliance for Justice president Nan Aron appeared on Democracy Now! to lay out what’s at stake for issues like affirmative action, voting rights and same-sex marriage. Aron, who recently contributed toThe Nation‘s special issue on "The One-Percent Court," also weighed in on what a Romney presidency could mean for the highest court, saying "a Republican presidency could certainly … cement it well into a rightward-leaning direction for many, many years to come."
