Its a great article. Just wondering if you have Representative Sensenberger’s ear if you could maybe suggest he include the intrusive license-plate databases being compiled all over this country? Just about every law enforcement agency, from the FBI to your local small town, does it… and so do the bank repo agents (who, I think, started the whole thing). If it’s useful info, than it should have an expiration date. If it isn’t all that useful, collecting it should be severely restricted.
