WARSAW, MAZOWIECKIE, POLAND - 2024/01/26: Donald Tusk, Prime Minister of Poland arrives for the 4th session of Polish Parliament that takes place amid chaos created by legal disagreement with the previous government. The present government assumed power in Poland on December 13, 2023, succeeding the Law and Justice far-right political party, which had held control for eight years. Both factions level accusations of unconstitutional actions against each other, resulting in the coexistence of two de facto legal systems within the country.
