The discovery of the lavish expenses of banks bailed out with tax dollars shamed many companies into canceling trips and other incidentals. President Obama announced he would introduce a salary cap of $500,000 dollars for CEOs in an effort to bring more accountability to the bailout and prevent further abuses.
