In an interview with the Associated Press earlier this month actor Matt Damon aired his strong reservations about Republican VP pick Sarah Palin, calling the possibility of a Palin presidency “scary.” Damon said he thought the pick was made for purely “political purposes,” and as such was a “disaster.”
“I need to know,” he insisted, “if she really thinks dinosaurs were here 4,000 years ago…I want to know that, I really do, because she’s going to have the nuclear codes.”
