The Nation‘s Jeremy Scahill joined Shannyn Moore on her show today to explain how the US is responding to the uprising in Egypt. He also talks about protests in Yemen and how unrest there will have a much different trajectory than whatever ends up happening in Egypt.
Scahill cautions that a leader likely won’t emerge in Egypt for months yet. The protests are more about getting Mubarak out than anything else.
