In the wake of “Green Week” at NBC, former Vice President and Nobel Peace Prize winner Al Gore visits Saturday Night Live to talk about his plan for getting politicians to act on global warming: start acting crazy. Because no one is responding to his more rational pleas, he has some new, creative ideas that might finally elicit a response. One is to prop a garbage can of ice water up against a congressman’s office door with a note that says “We’re melting. Love, the glaciers.”
