Derivatives trader turned CNBC financial ranter Rick Santelli recently
set off a firestorm of
controversy by lambasting the president’s homeowner rescue plan for
subsidizing “losers’ mortgages.” When Santelli, who was due to appear
on the Daily
Show yesterday, canceled on Jon Stewart, his staff fired back at
Santelli by compiling some damning clips of CNBC’s shockingly bad
investment advice
and ass-kissing interviews with since-discredited CEOs.
