Iraq Veterans Against the War and human rights organizations in both the US and Iraq are collecting signatures for a petition to pressure the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights to hold a hearing on the human rights impacts of US wars.

Ten years after the US invasion of Iraq, veterans and Iraqis are demanding accountability. Iraq Veterans Against the War is joining forces with a wide range of organizations to launch their Right to Heal Initiative, which will put pressure on the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights to hold a hearing on the human rights impacts of US wars. Supporters can help by signing this petition, which will be delivered this Friday, July 19.
