David Goodfriend is a Washington, D.C.-based attorney and lobbyist. He served as Deputy Staff Secretary to President Bill Clinton, Media Legal Advisor at the Federal Communications Commission, and professional staff in the U.S. House and Senate. He also teaches technology and telecommunications policy at the Georgetown University Law Center and George Washington University Law School.
