We could have danced all night, We could have danced all night, And still had fat cats who We hadn’t thanked at all For backing us last fall, Though soon, we’re sure, they’ll get their due. There’re those who’d say to dance this way is tasteless While we lose soldiers day and night. But no one here would know a fallen GI Joe. So we can dance, dance, dance all night.
