Comedy Central’s newest fake news host, David Alan Grier, wants white America to “wake up.” On his program, Chocolate News, Grier acknowledged that some Americans still say they don’t want to vote for a black man. To these folks Grier had a message: “I’ve got news for you,” he said, “[Obama’s] not black. He’s half-black! So to the white folks who still can’t bring themselves to pull that lever–just vote for the white half.”
