Thomas Kerr is a professional illustrator who has been working in the New York area for 30 years. Tom is a graduate of the Alberta College of Art & Design and holds a master’s degree in visual journalism from the School of Visual Arts. He has been published widely in the United States news media, with his editorial illustrations featured on the pages of The New York Times, The Boston Globe, The Wall Street Journal, the Chicago Tribune, Newsday, The Village Voice, the Los Angeles Times, and the San Francisco Chronicle, among many others. Tom’s work is syndicated by Now What Media via the INX group. He is currently a tenured professor at St. John’s University teaching illustration and contributes to The Wave, New York City’s longest-running weekly newspaper.
