Judi Komaki

Judith Komaki is professor emerita of organizational behavior at Baruch College, City University of New York. Appalled by the persistence of police misconduct and sexual abuse, she has proposed documented reward-based prevention strategies. Her work has appeared in The Nation, Organizational Dynamics, and Frontiers in Sports and Active Living. She has also discussed positive approaches to policing on the panel Making Police Count, alongside Donna Lieberman and Eric Adams.
