Jill Kastner is a London-based writer and historian focusing on the Cold War. She is a contributor to the forthcoming book “Suez Deconstructed,” edited by Philip Zelikow and Ernest May, to be published by The Brookings Institute in September. She worked previously with the Presidential Recordings Program at the University of Virginia’s Miller Centre for Public Affairs.
