India Tresselt is a fiber artist from Westford, Vermont. Most of her work mainly involve temari balls, knits, and embroidery. She is motivated more by color, texture, and form rather than politics. All of her work reflects tendencies toward mindfulness, thoughtfulness, and peace. In view of recent developments in our nation, however, she has felt compelled to express with needle and thread her concerns about justice, equality, racism, sexism, and environmental issues, and to protest the policies and practices of the current presidential administration.
