Ella Carter-Klauschie

Ella Carter-Klauschie is a freelance reporter and recent graduate of UC Berkeley, where they studied media studies and sociology. They spent four years reporting for The Daily Californian, where they served as a news editor, training manager, and beat reporter, among other roles. They spent this year as a fellow with the CalMatters College Journalism Network, and their work has also appeared in other outlets including EdSource, News Not Noise, LAist, and The Guardian.
