Elizabeth Ling, JD, MSW, is the senior helpline counsel at If/When/How, where she manages the Repro Legal Helpline, assisting people in understanding the laws around a variety of reproductive experiences, including self-managed abortion, youth access to abortion, and birth justice. Prior to joining If/When/How, Elizabeth worked to improve defense representation across the country and served as a public defender where she represented parents facing allegations of abuse or neglect and helped them to reunite or keep their families together.
