Catalina Larrere Salort

is a Chilean graphic designer and textile artist, she is also the author of Arpilleras: Threads of Memory, a book about historical Arpilleras, a form of political folk art, made predominantly by groups of women.

She studied graphic design at the University of Chile and works in photography and embroidery. She is currently working on preserving the legacy of activist and artist Violeta Parra, and she is also part of the Memorarte Arpilleras Urbanas collective.
