Mitt Romney claims that Obama has gone “all around the Middle East and apologized for America.” Romney remains unfazed by the falsehood of that line, routinely incorporating it into his stump speeches. Nation contributor Ilyse Hogue went on The Ed Show last night to discuss the presumed GOP candidate’s offense-slinging stumble through London this week, and how a politician who “comes off as so completely out of touch” can (or cannot) possibly approach the wider world.
