Michael Steele became the first African-American Chairman of the Republican party last week in the GOP’s attempt to restructure. In this clip from The Daily Show, Jon Stewart points out that while Steele represents progress in some sense, his policies are classically conservative. In that sense he is the “Giggle-time Almo” to Barack Obama’s original “Tickle-me Elmo”. Oh, and Democrats, pay your taxes!
