Paul Krugman on Obama’s Economic Priorities

The Nobel Prize-winning economist recommends what course of action President Obama should take to rescue the middle class.

New York Times columnist and Nobel prize winner Paul Krugman did an interview with MSNBC this week in which he laid out a three point plan for inoculating the ailing US economy. Krugman said that he could envision unemployment reaching 10%, but that government investment in a stimulus program and in creating security for Americans (job security and security in terms of universal health care) will pay off.
