Early onset Alzheimer’s. Dementia. Lou Gehrig’s disease. The list goes on and on. Now, more than 2,000 former players are suing the National Football League in a major class action lawsuit, saying the league knew but deliberately concealed information about long-term brain damage caused by the concussive injuries sustained so frequently in football.
