Why not make every car a hybrid car? The hybrids available right now are extremely popular and people are snatching them up as fast as possible. A smart car company could make a fortune by "going green" and save the planet in the process. Aren't we all just fed up with gas and the oil companies? If consumers stop buying cars which run on gas they'll stop making them.

Converting to a vegan lifestyle has plenty of environmental benefits, and promotes a compassionate, non-exploitive lifestyle. Most environmentalists will agree that the CAFOs (or factory farms) that livestock are raised in are polluting our air and water, and the byproducts of living off of animals also contribute to a sick planet.
