As severe budget cuts weaken the public education system, a group of US Uncut protesters have decided that it’s time to move class out of the schools and bring their lessons to a different audience. On April 30, the protesters came to New York CIty to hold classes in lobbies of one of the biggest corporate tax dodgers in the US: Bank of America.

US Uncut’s message is simple: At a time of huge budget cuts to social services, corporations should be paying their share of taxes. During the day’s classes, University of London’s David Graeber explained how tax loopholes work, and what corporate freeloading means for the rest of society.
