Number one in your bullets referencing “native burial ground” is not a true statement. There has been a Class III cultural resources inventory of the property. There are archaeological sites in the project area that are eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic places. Further, the project area is considered to be a “traditional cultural property.” I know, because I help write the documents. There are no known “burial grounds” or cemeteries in the Resolution project area.
