According to former Bush Administration press secretary Scott McClellan, Fox News pundits have been offering no attribution while disseminating talking points provided to them directly by government officials. In a probing discussion of the White House capo-turned-informant’s revelations, Olbermann and Air America host Rachel Maddow tear off once-and-for-all the “fig leaf” of fairness and integrity clinging to the network and the administration’s naked alliance.
