American Constitution Society’s Nashville Chapter presents “Executed on a Technicality: Lethal Injustice on America's Death Row,” featuring David R. Dow, University Distinguished Professor, University of Houston Law Center. This event will take place at the Office of the Federal Public Defender, 810 Broadway.
