    American Constitution Society's Nashville Chapter presents "Executed on a Technicality: Lethal Injustice on America's Death Row," featuring David R. Dow, University Distinguished Professor, University of Houston Law Center. This event will take place at the Office of the Federal Public Defender, 810 Broadway. This event has been approved for 1 hour of CLE credit. Light appetizers and beverages will be served. RSVP The entrance to the Office of the Federal Defender is on Ninth Avenue, and the event will be held in the first floor conference room.
