Local to Global Justice Teach-in
- Tempe, AZ.
Hundreds of progressive activists will converge on Arizona State University for workshops, speakers, music and shared food. The event is free. This year's speakers include author and ~~POOR~~ magazine founder Lisa "Tiny" Gray-Garcia, educator and activist Mara Sapon-Shevin and muralist Mike Alewitz. Grassroots groups will present lots of social justice workshops on both days. The Teach-in will also feature workshops and activities organized and presented by youth!
