Chris Hayes, the Washington editor of The Nation, talks to Keith Olbermann about Republican opposition to healthcare reform. Hayes notes that Republicans want to kill the bill, not put forth any credible alternatives, and so their "arguments are a logical mess." He also points out that healthcare is a fundamental public issue, not one, as Senator Tom Coburn claimed, that should be solved by charity. Finally, in response to the increasing threats of violence at town hall meetings and other events, Hayes notes that the unwillingness of certain Republicans is quite telling. Of Senator Chuck Grassley, Hayes says, "He has shown us very clearly which side he is on."
