Keith Olbermann takes on Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, and other propagators of healthcare reform misinformation in this special comment from Countdown. Olbermann says that Palin's blog post about "death panels" was like shouting fire in a crowded theater, and that her appeals to an "orgy of fantasized violence" may well lead to the real thing. He also notes that Beck's one brief idea, his 9/12 panels, quickly turned into another way to encourage people to shout down members of Congress at their own town halls, and points out that the birther movement is just an excuse. "You are not the victims. . . but just garden-variety ordinary racists," he tells them, winding up by exhorting people, "For God's sake, trust your instincts to think."
