The Daily Show continues its "White Men Can't Judge" segment on Sonia Sotomayor's confirmation hearings, poking fun at the self-importance of the Senate, the Democrats' fawning questions and the Republicans' angry attacks, and at Sotomayor's unwillingness to say anything of substance. Jon Stewart uses anonymous Internet comments about Senator Lindsay Graham to point out the ridiculousness of Graham's use of anonymous evaluations to question Sotomayor, and contrasts Graham's behavior now with his obsequious questioning of George W. Bush's Supreme Court nominee, Samuel Alito.
