Not long after President Obama's inauguration, former Vice President Dick Cheney began making the rounds defending the use of torture in the War on Terror and accusing the new administration of endangering Americans. While Cheney, and his daughter Liz, have been ubiquitous on the cable circuit, former President Bush has kept silent in Dallas, at least until the season finale of Saturday Night Live when every one's favorite President Will Ferrell stopped by to put Cheney (Darrel Hammond) in his place.
