Geithner's Stressless Stress Tests

Similar to the real stress tests, Secretary Geithner, here played by SNL cast member Will Forte, has decided to evaluate banks on a pass/pass basis--after consulting with his old Wall Street colleagues, of course. In spite of the low standards for the written exam and the fact that "taxpayer bailout" was the answer to thirty of the fifty questions, the banks still gave many wildly inaccurate responses. Geithner reviews some commonly missed questions and singles out Citigroup for being "a bunch of smart ass punks."
