Nearly a month ago, Stephen Colbert invited Michael Steele, the RNC's new chairman/hip-hop impresario, to come on his show. Steele accepted Colbert's offer in the press but never bothered to show up for the rap battle. While he couldn't make it in person, that didn't stop The Colbert Report from remixing some of Steele's whackest lines into a hip-hop flow that overwhelmed Colbert's funny, faltering freestyle.
