Representative Marcy Kaptur and economist Dean Baker discuss the housing crisis in this special presentation of "Fighting For Our Homes."

Marcy Kaptur, the Democratic representative from Toledo, made waves when she suggested on the floor of the House that Americans facing eviction should stay in their homes and fight the foreclosure proceedings. The bold ideas of Kaptur and Dean Baker, from the Center for Economic and Policy Research, have got a lot of press and are being put into action around the country by ACORN. Brave New Films discusses with them the run up to the housing crisis and the future of the foreclosure fight.
