The discovery of the lavish expenses of banks bailed out with tax dollars shamed many companies into canceling trips and other incidentals. President Obama announced he would introduce a salary cap of $500,000 dollars for CEOs in an effort to bring more accountability to the bailout and prevent further abuses. Rachel Maddow discusses that provision and other oversight challenges with Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont in this clip from The Rachel Maddow Show.
