Caleb Rossiter

Caleb Rossiter is a consultant with the Center for International Policy and the Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation in Washington, DC. From 1984 to 1990 he was on the staff of the Congressional Arms Control and Foreign Policy Caucus. From 1992 to 1999 he was the director of Demilitarization for Democracy, which merged with CIP.
