Benjamin Dangl is the founder of Upside Down World, an online magazine uncovering activism and politics in Latin America, and editor of Toward Freedom, a progressive perspective on world events. He is the author of The Price of Fire: Resource Wars and Social Movements in Bolivia and the forthcoming Dancing with Dynamite: Social Movements and States in Latin America (both AK Press) and the recipient of two Project Censored Awards for his reporting from Latin America.
