HCR is an unfinished process

Can Obama deliver? When next year's Republican Congress corrects parts of it, and after the "individual mandate" fails in the Supreme Court, it will probably return to the states, where it belongs. Not only is it a total overstretch to pretend that not buying insurance comes under the Commerce Clause but, if allowed to stand, the brand new Massachusetts "Gay Marriage" precedent could kill it, along with the federal intrusions into abortion, education and other areas. We may wind up with much stronger state and a much weaker central government, which is a main aim of the current populist ferment.
