The Beck Identity, Supremacy and Ultimatum

Wishful thinking

I surely do fervently share the wishes of Leslie Savan that dismiss Glenn Beck. I believe his day is over, but although of some distraction in time of stress, he was not needed to solace the Ideological right. Nothing that happens can undermine their faith, because it is not based on anything that ever really has to happen or not happen. As John Henry Cardinal Newman said of Christian faith: “A thousand difficulties do not make one doubt.” It is easy to feel superior to such sad fools. But in the end they may get what they think is their way, Beck or no Beck. Naturally, I hope not.
