As the Penn State child sex abuse scandal unfolds and coach Joe Paterno's firing sent students into the street last night, the moral outrage for the victims of the abuse does not seem to be as loud. The Nation's Melissa Harris-Perry joined MSNBC's Sound Off to offer her perspective on the situation. Institutions like Penn State, Harris-Perry argues, need to take responsibility "to protect the communities that they are a part of."
