There needs to be a balanced approach.

At a time when the banks are struggling to stay solvent, making a move to destroy a large section of their capitalization backing may do more harm than good. We need to have that money flowing to the start-ups and entrepreneurs who create jobs.

This is tough and not at all a one-sided question, as some of both positions are to the benefit of the people.

By the way, I do not work in the banking or finance sectors.
