  • Katrina is spot on in stating that the Republicans are in a death spiral. Of course, it is due to their myopic domestic as well as world view. With two fools like Cheney and Limbaugh roamimg the countryside, their best bet is to fall on their swords--unless they get past their self-deception and morph into an inclusive, moderate party. And Katrina is also correct in saying President Obama needs our help in steering the nation on the right glide path through our involvement.

It was really nice seeing Katrina twice this week on ABC's This Week as well. And yes, Liz Cheney is on another planet, along with her father. What a metaphor, Katrina.

Our editor's critical thinking is always so razor sharp. We as Nation members are so lucky to have such a knowledgeable lady as our editor. She is the brightest of all the political scientists on televiison. The best-looking too!
